President Buhari Makes An Important Announcement As He Shares New Post On Social Media

 

Global News Reports That The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has gone viral as he shares new posts on social media.

According to his statement earlier today, President Buhari said; “Today, I received a briefing from the Steering Committee and Management Team of our Presidential Artisanal Gold Mining Development Initiative, being implemented by the Solid Minerals Development Fund, under the oversight of the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Additionally, President Buhari said; “The Team presented to me the newly-developed Responsible Mining Framework for the Presidential Artisanal Gold Mining Development Initiative, which will result in a transparent gold supply chain in Nigeria, and assist in combating money laundering, terrorist financing, child labor, economic sabotage, human rights abuses, and environmental damage”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition, President Buhari said; “The multitudes of hardworking Nigerians in the field, toiling under the sun trying to earn an honest living, are now able to enjoy protection from the clutches of those who seek to exploit their hard labor”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Furthermore, Buhari said; “Now that Presidential Artisanal Gold Mining Development Initiative has successfully delivered a pilot scheme in Kebbi State, it is time to roll out and expand sustainably across other States. We are committed to providing all the necessary support required to achieve this.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lastly, Buhari said; “I support Presidential Artisanal Gold Mining Development Initiative’s target of aggregating 3 to 5 tonnes of gold over the next 12 months, as this will deliver tremendous fiscal and economic benefits to the nation”
