VeryDarkMan specifically called out influential personalities, including Davido and Cubana Chief Priest, asking for their support in his new venture. He assured followers that every contribution, no matter how small, would be accounted for and displayed publicly.

In a follow-up post on Sunday, VeryDarkMan revealed that the NGO had raised over N33 million within 24 hours of its launch. He expressed his gratitude, noting that many of the donations were small amounts, typically N500 or less, demonstrating a strong grassroots backing.

“Seeing people contribute as little as N72, N100, or N500 shows their massive love and support, even though many don’t have much to give,” he wrote.

VeryDarkMan’s NGO announcement comes amid recent controversy involving allegations of bribery and corruption with popular crossdresser Bobrisky, whose real name is Idris Okuneye. Despite the ongoing issues, VeryDarkMan’s initiative has received widespread public support.
